Disclosed are a packet scheduling method and apparatus, and a storage medium. The method may comprise: parsing a Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) packet that is encapsulated according to the TCP, to obtain a type of the TCP packet; mapping the TCP packet to a corresponding transmission queue according to the type of the TCP packet and a preset mapping mechanism; and scheduling and transmitting the transmission queue according to a preset scheduling policy.
