Provided is a thermoplastic elastomer composition comprising: at least one elastomer component selected from the group consisting of an elastomeric polymer (A) which has a side chain (a) containing a hydrogen-bonding cross-linking site having a carbonyl-containing group and/or a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring, and has a glass transition temperature of 25°C or lower, and (B) an elastomeric polymer which has a side chain containing a hydrogen-bonding cross-linking site and a covalent cross-linking site, and has a glass transition temperature of 25°C or lower; 20 parts by mass or less of a clay with respect to 100 parts by mass of the elastomer component; and an α-olefin resin which does not have a chemical bonding cross-linking site.
