A blue light attenuation device (10), comprising a substrate (101) and a blue light attenuation film system, the blue light attenuation film system comprising a first refractive index film layer (102) and a second refractive index film layer (103) alternately arranged on the same side of the substrate (101), the sum number of layers of the first refractive index film layer (102) and the second refractive index film layer (103) being at least 5; the film layer in the blue light attenuation film system closest to the substrate (101) and the film layer furthest from the substrate (101) both being the first refractive index film layer (102), the refractive index of the first refractive index film layer (102) being greater than the refractive index of the second refractive index film layer (102). Also provided are a display device and a wearable product requiring reduced blue light intensity, and a method for preparing the blue light attenuation device. |
