A backlight module and a display device. The backlight module comprises: a back plate (100) comprising a bottom plate (101) and at least one side wall, the bottom plate (101) and the side wall together forming an accommodating space; and a frame (200) at least partially accommodated in the accommodating space formed by the bottom plate (101) and the side wall, the frame (200) comprising at least one external frame surface disposed opposite to the side wall of the back plate (100). A plurality of hooks (300) is provided on the external frame surface of the frame (200), and a plurality of fastening portions corresponding to the plurality of hooks (300) is provided on the side wall of the back plate (100). The hook (300) comprises a first portion (301) connected with the external frame surface of the frame (200) and a second portion (302) bent and extending from the first portion (301). The fastening portion comprises a slot portion (401) and a limiting baffle portion (402) located around the slot portion (401). The first portion (301) of the hook (300) is inserted into the slot portion (401), and the second portion (302) of the hook (300) is fastened and thus fixed to the limiting baffle portion (402).
