(Problem) To realize a visual line-of-sight guidance effect linked with the operation of a head-mounted display (HMD) for a user who is wearing an HMD and is immersed in a three-dimensional virtual space. (Solution) The present invention provides a computer program for line-of-sight guidance in which a computer connected to an HMD is made to function as: a specification means for specifying the position of a target/object in a three-dimensional virtual space; a visual field determination means for determining a visual field based on a line of sight from a virtual camera in accordance with the movement of the HMD; a placement means whereby a three-dimensional guidance object that follows the line of sight in the three-dimensional virtual space is placed in a position within the visual field that is determined on the basis of the position of the virtual camera, the direction of the line of sight, and the position of the target/object; and a display means for generating a visual-field image of the three-dimensional virtual space and displaying the generated image. |
