A texture presenting-type haptic display panel that uses changes in gaps and heights in a pleat pattern, and a manufacturing method therefor are disclosed. In this regard, the texture presenting-type haptic display panel comprises: a substrate; a first electrode formed on the substrate; a pleated elastomer on which a pleat pattern having pre-determined gaps is formed; and a second electrode formed on the pleated elastomer, wherein the first and second electrode are connected to different electrodes via a voltage wire, and the gaps and the heights of pleats of the pleat pattern are changed due to an attraction force caused by the first electrode and the second electrode to which voltage is applied. |
