PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporation fuel treatment device for performing a learning control to learn a valve opening start position of a seal valve highly precisely for a short time period.SOLUTION: An evaporation fuel treatment device comprises: a canister having an absorbent for absorbing an evaporation fuel generated in a fuel tank; and a seal valve disposed in a vapor passage connecting the canister and the fuel tank. The seal valve takes a closed state, when the stroke amount is within a predetermined range from zero, so that it can hold the fuel tank in the closed state, and is constituted so that it can learn the valve opening start position on the basis of the stroke amount at the time when the stroke amount is varied in a valve opening direction so that the internal pressure of the fuel tank is lower than a predetermined value. When the valve opening start position of the seal valve is learned, learning is performed by varying the stroke amount of a valve movable part in the valve opening direction from the value S0 which is smaller by a predetermined stroke than that of the opening start position previously learned. |
