PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a decorative cylindrical body and the decorative cylindrical body capable of transferring a printed layer onto an outer circumferential surface of a cylindrical body without producing wrinkles on a transfer film even for the tapered cylindrical body.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a decorative cylindrical body 1, a transfer film F having a printed layer which can be transferred is transferred in such a state as to press the transfer film F onto the outer circumferential surface of a cylindrical body W with a stamp plate 12 while rotating the cylindrical body W around a shaft line O1 thereof with support means 11, the printed layer is transferred onto the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical body W and, thereby, the decorative cylindrical body 1 is manufactured. Therein, the cylindrical body W is formed in such a tapered shape that an outer diameter thereof is gradually expanded as proceeding from one side of the shaft line O1 direction to the other side and, in a procedure for transferring the printed layer to the outer circumstantial surface of the cylindrical body W, the cylindrical body W is moved toward the other side of the shaft line O1 direction. |
