PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image-capturing device capable of obtaining a high quality image-captured picture by preventing the movement of a lens in the direction of an optical axis during image capture, even in a use environment in which mechanical shock from the outside increases.SOLUTION: An image-capturing device 100 comprises a drive coil 161 and a drive magnet 162 for driving a lens group 12, an image-capturing element 27 for capturing the image of a subject through the lens group 12, a lens control unit 31 for moving the lens group 12 in the direction of an optical axis by controlling a current sent to the drive coil 161, and stoppers 17, 18 for restricting the movement range of the lens group 12 in the direction of the optical axis. In an image-capture mode for capturing the image of the subject, the lens control unit 31 selectively executes first control for controlling the lens group 12 so as to be located at a discretionary position in the range between the stoppers 17, 18 and second control for pressing the lens group 12 against the front stopper 17. |
