摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface processing method of an aluminum base material which can form a fine rough surface having fine irregularity by applying fine rough surface processing thereto without impairing high flatness and roundness to a processed surface (mirror surface) of an aluminum base material which is formed by mirror surface processing.SOLUTION: In a method for forming a fine rough surface at an aluminum base material, mirror surface processing is applied to a surface of the aluminum base material 1a, a processing liquid in which spherical fine particles are dispersed is injected to a mirror surface (processed surface) of the aluminum base material after being applied with the mirror surface processing, and the fine rough face is formed at the aluminum base material. In the surface processing method of the aluminum base material, a target particle diameter of the spherical fine particle in the processing liquid is set at 3 to 30 μm, the injection pressure of the processing liquid is set at 0.1 to 0.4 MPa, and the particle total number of the spherical fine particles injected to the processed surface is set at 1×10to 5×10-piece/mm.
