It comprises a base member (120), a mirror head, and a motor component (150) for rotating, through a drive means (215) comprising a gear wheel assembly (200), the mirror housing relative to the base member (120) between a mirror operative condition and a mirror folded condition, and vice versa. The gear wheel assembly (200) comprises a first and second gear wheels (210, 250) coupled to each other through first coupling means (216). The first gear wheel (210) engages a motor component (150) through a second coupling means (215) and the second gear wheel (250) in turn engages the base member (120) through a third coupling means (255). The first coupling means (216) allow the first and second gear wheels (210, 250) to be rotated together in one direction, and allow the first gear wheel (210) to be rotated relative to the second gear wheel (250) in the reverse direction. |
