CONSTITUTION:This improver contains a polyglycerol fatty acid ester in which the average polymerization degree of glycerol in the polyglycerol is usually 1-10, preferably 6-10 and the fatty acid is usually a 2-24C saturated or unsaturated fatty acid, preferably a 16-18C saturated or unsaturated fatty acid. An ester (the average esterification degree is 1-5) between hexaglycerol and a 18C saturated fatty acid or an ester (the average esterification degree is 4-6) between decaglycerol and the 18C saturated fatty acid is preferable as the polyglycerol fatty acid ester.
