SOLUTION: A medicine bag holding sheet 10 is folded into a cornice state for forming valley-fold parts VF1-VF3 for respectively holding three medicine bags. Two slants forming the valley-fold part VF1 comprise two conduction terminals 141a and 141b, two slants forming the valley-fold part VF2 comprise two conduction terminals 142a and 142b, and two slants forming the valley-fold part VF3 comprise two conduction terminals 143a and 143b. A clip incorporates therein, a communication module for sending attachment state information for identifying opening/short circuit of the conduction terminals 141a and 141b, opening/short circuit of the conduction terminals 142a and 142b, and opening/short circuit of the conduction terminals 143a and 143b to a portable terminal, and holds the medicine bag holding sheet from both ends in an extension direction of the cornice-shape.EFFECT: As an effect, safety property of taking medicine can be secured, and a taking medicine state of a patient can be easily grasped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
