The invention provides a colored photosensitive resin composition, which comprises a colorant, resin, polymerizable compounds and a polymerization initiator. The colorant comprises a dye. The resin comprises a copolymer having the following structural units: at least one structural unit selected from a group composed of unsaturated carboxylic acids and unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydrides, cyclic ether of a C2-C4 structure, ethylene monomer having unsaturated bonds, and a monomer having a structural unit represented by the formula (x). The content of the monomer having the structural unit represented by the formula (x) relative to the total amount of the copolymer is larger than 1 mol% and smaller than 80 mol%. In the formula (x), Ra1 represents an hydrogen atom or a C1-C4 alkyl group; Ra2 represents a C3-C18 alicyclic hydrocarbon group or a C6-C18 aromatic hydrocarbon group; and Xa1 represents a single bond. |
