<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a message transmitter which can individually identify a receiver from a broadcaster and can distribute messages, without using an IC card, as well as, can control the mumber of receivers which limit viewing on the side of the broadcaster. <P>SOLUTION: The message transmitter 1B transmits an individual message, detailing message control information for grouping a message receiver 5B, with an individual identifier reported from the message receiver 5B as an address, and further generates and transmits a common message, detailing message information, with the message control information, a partial identifier for sub-grouping a digital broadcast receiver 5B, and mask information specifying a region of a part (partial identifier) of the individual identifier as an address, while updating the partial identifier so as to change the message device 5B which is made to receive the common message, sub-group by sub-group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
