PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic leather which has a less sticky feeling, has a moist touch feeling equal to that of real leather, and is excellent in wear resistance.SOLUTION: The synthetic leather is provided by forming a single or multiple resin layers comprising synthetic resin on a substrate layer of a nonwoven fabric or a woven or knitted fabric having a single- or multi-layer structure. At least one of the resin layers contains hygroscopic fine particles. The outermost resin layer contains organic fine particles and inorganic fine particles having an average particle diameter of 50nm-800nm. In the synthetic leather, a durability represented by an abrasion number is 10000 times or more in a special abrasion test, a rise (&Dgr;H) of humidity in the palm after 1 min from the start of perspiration is 18%RH or less by measurement with a perspiration simulation apparatus, an average surface friction coefficient (MIU) is 0.20 or more under the load of 1.47 N/cm, a surface roughness (SMD) is 2.5 μm or less, and an amount of compression displacement is 0.16 mm or more under a low load (0.098 N/cm). |
