A seal for the front screen/door of an airtight chamber comprising a hollow, inflatable tube that sits between the door and the frame and can be attached to either, or neither, door or frame. The pressure is applied radially with respect to the frame opening, which holds the door securely to the frame. Preferably the door can be temporarily secured to the frame whilst the tube inflates. The seal can be operated by way of a touch screen display, or a mechanical or electrical switch or button. The screen may be held in position by securing elements whilst the tube is being inflated. |
