An apparatus (1) for producing plastic bottles (2) comprising: a blow moulding carousel (20) rotating about a first axis (C) and configured to transform a succession of plastic preforms (3) into respective bottles (2); a filling carousel (24) rotating about a second axis (D), parallel to the first axis (C), and including a plurality of handling units (28) advancing about the second axis (D), receiving the respective bottles (2) fed by the blow moulding carousel (20) and provided with respective filling devices (30) selectively operated to fill the bottles (2) with a pourable product; labelling means (12) configured to feed a succession of labels (4) to be attached to the respective bottles (2); and conveying means (14) configured to transfer the bottles (2) within the apparatus (1); the labelling means comprise a labelling unit (12) arranged peripherally to the filling carousel (24) and configured to feed the labels (4) to the handling units (28) carrying the respective bottles (2) while the handling units (28) are advanced by the filling carousel (24); the conveying means (14) comprise a plurality of consecutive transport star wheels (82) transferring the bottles (2) in a continuous stream from the blow moulding carousel (20) to the filling carousel (24). |
