PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a variety of constituent components including an optical element to be accurately and firmly mounted in a relatively simple configuration while effectively preventing inclusion of foreign matter, and to reduce costs.SOLUTION: Provided is an optical device characterized in that the optical device is provided with an optics base on which are mounted a plurality of members for forming an optical element system needed for an optical scan by driving the rotation of a light reflection member having a plurality of reflection surfaces for reflecting light from a light source, and at least one of the plurality of members for forming the optical element system is joined to an engaging hole in the optics base by a screw member, a screw groove part provided on the outer circumference of the screw member, with which a screw thread part is engaged, being provided on only the opening side of the inner circumferential part of the engaging hole, the screw thread part of the screw member being joined to the inner circumferential part on the depth side of the engaging hole by cutting thereinto. |
