PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power generation sharp reduction symptom detection device etc. capable of properly detecting a sharp reduction symptom of electric power generated by a photovoltaic power generation panel.SOLUTION: An electric power generation sharp reduction symptom detection device 5 includes: a high luminance pixels count section 531 that counts the number of pixels having a luminance value of a predetermined threshold value or more as the number of high luminance pixels; a high luminance pixels change rate calculation section 532 that calculates the time-change rate of the number of high luminance pixels; and a sharp reduction symptom determination section 533 that determines a sharp reduction symptom in the electric power generation by the photovoltaic power generation panel 1 when the change rate equal to or larger than a predetermined change rate threshold value which represents an increase of the number of high luminance pixels continues for a predetermined time or longer. |
