PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a multilayer oily confectionery with a new texture by combining two or more kinds of oily confectionery raw materials.SOLUTION: Provided is a multilayer oily confectionery with a multilayer laminated structure obtained by mutually laminating two or three kinds of different oily confectionery raw materials. The multilayer laminated structure is obtained by laminating four or more oily layers, the thickness of the respective oily layers in the multilayer laminated structure lies in the range of 0.02 to 0.5 mm, and at least one layer of the two or three oily layers is subjected to aeration to give a specific gravity difference thereto. |
