PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress that an abutting position of a return spring with respect to an installation member side is largely displaced associated with the wear or the like of a friction pad.SOLUTION: A return spring 21 for urging a friction pad 9 in a direction in which the friction pad separates from a disk is constituted of: a one-side fixed part 21A fixed and attached to a back metal 10 of the friction pad 9; an extension 21B extending from the fixed part 21A in the axial direction of the disk being a direction in which the extension separates from the friction pad 9; a folded part 21C which is folded toward an installation member side at a tip side of the extension 21B; and an abutting part 21D which is arranged at a tip side of the folded part 21C, and elastically abuts on the installation member side. Then, a portion (bent part 21C4) which is bent in the middle of the folded part 21C is arranged at a position which is separated from the fixed part 21A rather than the abutting part 21D in a disk rotation direction. |
