The panel coil rack (10) of the invention possesses a winding cylinder (11) for taking up or down panels; the winding cylinder (11) is installed on a movable rack (20) with wheels. Under the condition that the winding cylinder (11) is installed on a movable rack (20) with wheels, panels can be taken up and down in a mode of swing the panels left and right. Accordingly, for the condition of repeatedly taking up and down the panels in a plurality of manufacturing processes, the panel coil rack and an accessory device with excellent operation are provided. |
