PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine including a passage of a fluid which cools a rotor and a stator and lubricates a bearing with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A motor/generator (a rotary electric machine) 1 comprises: a housing 11; a rotor 12; a stator 13; a passage 14; a first jet hole 141; and a second jet hole 142. The passage 14 supplies a coolant L to the interior of the housing 11 and is provided at an upper part of the housing 11 so as to be arranged parallel with an extension direction of a rotation shaft 10. The first jet hole 141 is provided at the passage 14 located above a coil end 132A and discharges the coolant L into the housing 11. The second jet hole 142 is provided at the passage 14 located above a stator core 131, has a bore diameter smaller than a bore diameter of the first jet hole 141, and discharges the coolant L into the housing 11. |
