PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus having an inexpensive, large-capacity and high-speed memory, and suitable for graph data processing.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes: an information processing subsystem having an information processing circuit; and a memory subsystem that performs data communication with the information processing subsystem. The memory subsystem includes: a first memory; a second memory; a third memory having write/read latency longer than the first and second memories; and a memory controller for controlling data transfer between the first memory, the second memory, and the third memory. Graph data is stored in the third memory. The memory controller analyzes a data block which is a part of the graph data, and repeats preloading that transfers the next data block required for executing processing from the third memory to the first or second memory, on the basis of an analysis result. The information processing circuit reads the graph data from the first or second memory, which is different from the memory in preloading, to execute graph processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
