摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral solid formulation in which moisture absorption of the formulation is suppressed and time dependent change in the formulation is improved, particularly, to provide a moisture absorption suppression agent and improving agent time dependent change in fluidity; and to provide a solid formulation containing carnitine or salt thereof in which hygroscopicity and time dependent fluidity are improved.SOLUTION: The present invention is accomplished by finding that dimethylpolysiloxane or derivative thereof is effective as an improving agent for hygroscopicity and time dependent fluidity. That is, there are provided: an oral solid formulation containing (A) at least one compound selected from carnitine or salt thereof and (B) at least one compound selected from dimethylpolysiloxane or derivative thereof; a method for suppressing moisture absorption and/or improving fluidity in an oral solid formulation which contains at least one compound selected from dimethylpolysiloxane or derivative thereof; a producing method of an oral solid formulation in which moisture absorption is suppressed and/or fluidity is improved, which formulation contains (B) at least one compound selected from dimethylpolysiloxane or derivative thereof; and a hygroscopic suppressing and/or fluidity improving agent containing (B) at least one compound selected from dimethylpolysiloxane or derivative thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: None
