PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift operation device of a transmission which is capable of suitably securing drawing strength of a shift lever.SOLUTION: A seat socket 12 comprises therein an inner spherical surface sheet 15 to receive an outer spherical surface of a ball stud 14 disposed at a base end portion of a shift lever 13. The seat socket 12 is divided into a shift front part and a shift rear part. Further, the shift front part is divided into a plurality of pieces 25-28 so as to be divisible into the plurality of pieces. |
