In the present invention, an outer-wall membrane is installed on a tower-shaped body quickly and easily. After winches are set up at the top end (1b) and in the middle of a steel-frame structure (1) on the outside of a steel exhaust-gas connecting pipe (2), guide wires (8) are laid from said top end (1b) to a base (1d) near both ends of a rolled-up membrane member (3). The top edge of said membrane member (3) is attached to hoisting members (7) connected to the winches, and the membrane member (3) is winched up while being spooled out by an unrolling device (9a). After the membrane member (3) is hoisted to the abovementioned top end (1b) along the guide wires (8), the top and bottom edges of the membrane member (3) are fixed in place. Also, anchor fittings (10) attached to both ends of the membrane member (3) are movably coupled to the guide wires (8) near the abovementioned base. After the above process is repeated to hoist other membrane members (4, 5), adjacent anchor fittings on the ends of adjacent membrane members (3, 4) are joined together. |
