PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting device combining high heat dissipation and high withstand voltage.SOLUTION: A semiconductor light-emitting device 10 can prevent reduction of electrostatic withstand voltage from the substrate side derived therefrom, by arranging an insulating resin on the whole side face of a substrate 1 having an oxide insulating layer on the upper and lower surfaces. When employing a white insulating resin, the light is prevented from being guided to the substrate bottom side through the resin, and the light can be extracted efficiently. |
