PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server device, a program, and an image display system which can enhance usability of an image display device.SOLUTION: A server device which can connect with an apparatus for providing a content and an image display device for displaying a content, comprises: index information processing means which provides the image display device with index information of a list screen of content information; image data processing means which provides the image display device with image data of a display screen of a content selected by an operator from the list screen; and apparatus authentication means which, on the basis of apparatus authentication setting information including access right information to the content and identification information of an image display device authorized to display the content, controls the index information processing means and the image data processing means to execute processing when identification information of the image display device that requires to acquire the content is registered in the apparatus authentication setting information as identification information of the image display device that is authorized to display the content. |
