PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capillary electrophoresis apparatus that enables an analysis faster with a high throughput.SOLUTION: A sample is sucked into a sample suction tube 4 using a pump 5 and introduced into a capillary tube 1 linearly arranged in a horizontal direction. Since the sample is sucked via the sample suction tube 4 in this manner, the sample is not required to be immersed by bending the capillary tube 1. As a result, the capillary tube is not required to be made long to supplement separability harmed due to the bending of the capillary tube 1, but can be made short, and thereby to enable an analysis faster with a high throughput. |
