PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a program which is targeted by text data, on the basis of the text data in which a program name and program content are not necessarily indicated clearly.SOLUTION: A program data storage unit stores: a notation pattern of a program name; a program explanatory sentence text explaining the program content; and broadcasting time band data of the program. A program name matching unit estimates the program by matching acquired text data and the notation pattern of the program name. A program content matching unit estimates the program on the basis of similarity between the text data and the program explanatory sentence text. A time condition matching unit estimates the program on the basis of whether or not a specific character string for showing that the program is being viewed is included in the text data, and a relation between time and date data of contribution of the text data and the broadcasting time band data of the program. A total determination unit performs total determination on the basis of the estimation results. |
