The invention provides an illuminating control device and an illuminating control system. The illuminating state corresponding to the use resume of the illuminating device without causing any troubles of the user. The illuminating control device and the illuminating control system are provided with an information receiving part, a statistic processing part,and a recommendation mode generation part. The information receiving part can be used to receive the information related to the use condition of the electric device. The statistic processing part can be used for processing the information received by the information receiving part. The recommendation mode generation part can be used to process the processing result based on the statistic processing part, and can be used to generate the recommendation mode related to the use of the electric device. |
