PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray generating device which can be installed in a desired position in such a manner that an irradiation direction of X-ray can be set in any direction.SOLUTION: In a body 2 of an X-ray inspection device 1a, an X-ray generating device 8 inside of which an X-ray tube 11 is provided is installed such that a bottom surface 13 side from which X-ray is irradiated faces below, and inspects an object to be inspected 20. In a housing, an air layer 15 is above an insulation oil 16 into which the X-ray tube is immersed, and the air layer is communicated to a container 25 via a connection part 18 and a communication tube 22. Movement of air with thermal expansion of the insulation oil during use is absorbed into the container. Because the connection part is provided for each surface of the housing, an installing position of the X-ray generating device can be changed to arbitrarily set a direction of irradiating X-ray. The container that absorbs the movement of air caused by thermally expanded insulation oil may be connected to the connection part on an upper side of the housing. |
