An information providing processing part 116 acquires the plurality of event information from the common data storage part 112. When the total of broadcast time exceeds broadcast scheduled time, a speech synthesis control part 118 increases at least a part of voice speed out of the plurality of event information, and creates a broadcast program so that the total of the broadcast time goes below the broadcast scheduled time. |
