PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily make available a plurality of types of service provided via a network.SOLUTION: A user brings a user terminal in the proximity of a signage apparatus on which information on favorable one of a plurality of types of service is displayed. The signage apparatus transmits, to the user terminal, an apparatus ID of the signage apparatus and a service ID of the service presented by the signage apparatus by short-range radio communication. The user terminal transmits the apparatus ID and the service ID to a server device. The server device selects a workflow that is a combination of processing for performing the service on the basis of the apparatus ID and the service ID. The server device performs the service according to the selected workflow, and transmits a result to an output destination designated by the workflow such as the user terminal and the signage apparatus. |
