PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine oil life prediction method capable of accurately predicting the life of turbine oil without errors in a short time using a test result of an oxidation stability test.SOLUTION: A turbine oil life prediction method includes: a first stage (steps S1 to S3) of calculating an RPVOT residual ratio degrease rate; a second stage (step S4) of performing a temperature-correction on the RPVOT residual ratio degrease rate after the first stage; a third stage (steps S5 to S10) of calculating an RPVOT residual ratio degrease amount of each high-temperature part in a turbine oil circulation system; a fourth stage (steps S11 to S12) of subjecting a degradation of each high-temperature part to dilution conversion as an entire degradation; and a fifth stage (steps S13 and S14) of summing up diluted RPVOT residual ratio decrease amounts of the respective high-temperature parts to calculate a total RPVOT residual ratio decrease amount, and calculating time required until the RPVOT residual ratio falls to reach 25% using the total RPVOT residual ratio decrease amount, thereby calculating a turbine oil life. |
