PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that it is difficult to obtain a torsional vibrator having stabilized temperature characteristics, because the temperature characteristics of resonance frequency change by removing an adjustment film for adjusting the resonance frequency.SOLUTION: A torsional vibrator having a base, and legs extending from the base and vibrating in torsional mode is further provided, at a position corresponding to the node of in-plane curved secondary mode in the longitudinal direction of the leg, with a weight wider than the leg. The weight does not extend to the tip of the leg, and the ratio |δf|/fa of the absolute value of frequency difference δf between the torsional mode and in-plane curved secondary mode, and the frequency fa of the torsional mode is equal to or larger than 0.1, and the frequency is adjusted at the weight. |
