PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate composite material having excellent adhesion of a carbon fiber-reinforced plastic layer with a substrate layer, and to provide a method for manufacturing the carbon fiber-reinforced plastic layer and a carbon fiber-reinforced plastic laminate sheet capable of providing the laminate composite material.SOLUTION: A carbon fiber-reinforced plastic laminate sheet has a thermally adhesive layer 12 on a substrate 13, wherein a softening point of the thermally adhesive layer 12 is 80°C or less. A laminate composite material 10 has a carbon fiber-reinforced plastic layer 11, the thermally adhesive layer 12 having a softening point of 80°C or less, and the substrate 13 in this order. Moreover, a method for manufacturing the laminate composite material is provided. |
