PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boring device in which a drill rod is easily fixed and released and which is excellent in work efficiency.SOLUTION: A boring device includes: a lifting part 21 having a vertically penetrating insertion hole; a cylindrical guide part 51 having an inside passing to the insertion hole; a cylindrical spindle 31 having an inside passing to the guide part; a drill rod 41 inserted into the spindle; and a cylindrical attachment/detachment part 65 covering the outer periphery of the guide part and ascendable and descendable with respect to the guide part. A ball is fitted into a groove part of the drill rod adjusted to suit the height of a through-hole by ascent or descent of the attachment/detachment part, a taper part of the attachment/detachment part is brought into contact with the ball and the drill rod is fixed, the ball becomes movable in the thickness direction of the guide part by ascent or descent of the attachment/detachment part, and fixation of the drill rod 41 is released. |
