The device has jaws (2, 3) carrying treatment surfaces (4, 5) and connected to move from an open position to a closed position. A control unit/CPU (13) controls one of components e.g. fluid flow adjusting unit (6) such as peristaltic pump, fluid vaporization unit, thermistor, ion emission unit and valve. A magnetic detection unit formed of magnetic switch (14) and magnet (18) detects passage to the open position and/or closed position. The control unit/CPU is programmed to receive a passage representing signal from the detection unit and control the component in response to the signal. |
