PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent heat-barriering, heat-insulating member excellent in terms of heat-barriering function, heat-insulating function, and humid heat resistance.SOLUTION: A transparent heat-barriering, heat-insulating member 10 of the present invention includes a cholesteric liquid crystal polymer layer 12, an infrared reflective layer 13, and a transparent substrate 11, whereas the cholesteric liquid crystal polymer layer 12 is formed by photopolymerizing a material including a polymerizable functional group-containing liquid crystal compound, a polymerizable functional group-containing chiral agent, and a polyfunctional acrylate compound, whereas the content of the chiral agent with respect to 100 pts.mass of the sum of the liquid crystal compound and the chiral agent is 0.1 pt.mass or above and 10 pts.mass or below, whereas, in a case where the cholesteric liquid crystal polymer layer 12 and infrared reflective layer 13 are arranged via the transparent substrate 11 and pasted onto a glass substrate, the average measured reflectance, on an occasion where beams are irradiated from the side opposite the glass substrate, of beams having wavelengths of 5.5-25.2 μm is 70% or higher. |
