The present invention addresses the problem of inhibiting a reduction in communication quality and appropriately performing HARQ-ACK feedback even when a plurality of component carriers are set for a wireless communication system. A user terminal according to one embodiment of the present invention is characterized by having: a transmission unit that transits an ACK/NACK in response to a DL signal transmitted from multiple cells; a reception unit that receives information related to a scheduling target cell; and a control unit that controls ACK/NACK transmission on the basis of the information related to the scheduling target cell. |
