The equipment comprises a WAN (wide area network) communication module, a hotspot bridging module, an LAN (local area network) communication module, a webpage container module, an access strategy selection unit, an inter-operator access control unit and an inter-network connection management unit, wherein the WAN communication module is connected with wireless WANs of a plurality of operators; the hotspot bridging module can be connected with Internet access hotspots of the operators; the LAN communication module is connected with a plurality of terminals; the webpage container module stores webpages; the terminals operate the access equipment through the webpages; the access strategy selection unit responses to Internet access requests of the terminals, and determines current inter-operator access strategies and/or inter-network access strategies of the terminals; the inter-operator access control unit responses to the inter-operator access strategies, and controls the webpage container module to obtain operator information or user information for performing inter-operator access; and the inter-network connection management unit responses to the inter-network access strategies and is configured with the communication module and/ or hotspot bridging module to be connected with the corresponding networks. According to the equipment and the method, inter-operator and inter-network mobile Internet access based on the access equipment is achieved. |
