An earphone (1) comprises: a cylindrical tube (2), one end of which is inserted into an external auditory canal; a transmitting member (4) that is provided on a portion of a side surface of the tube (2), that partially contacts a tragus of a human body in a state in which the tube (2) is inserted into the external auditory canal, and that has a built-in acoustoelectric conversion element (3) which generates acoustic vibrations in accordance with an electrical signal; a vibrating member (5) that is provided on an inner surface of the tube (2) and vibrates upon receiving acoustic vibrations from the acoustoelectric conversion element (3); and a biological sensor (30). |
