PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radio communication device capable of transmitting/receiving information of wideband communication through a narrow-band radio network.SOLUTION: Each radio communication device 6, 7 for performing radio communication for information to be a communication object in an industrial field network with the other radio communication device in a narrow-band radio network having a narrower band than the industrial field network, includes: an information processing size setting unit 21 for setting a unit size of information processing in industrial equipment, etc. in the industrial field network; and a radio frame generation unit for setting a frame information size, which is a size of a frame information area in a radio frame for use for the radio communication on the basis of the unit size of information processing set by the information processing size setting unit 21, and for generating a radio frame having a frame information area of the set frame information size. |
