摘要 423,103. Bakers' ovens. SPINETTE, V., 20, Rue Camille Simoens, Schaerbeek, Brussels. July 21, 1933, No. 20635. Convention date, July 22, 1932. [Class 51 (ii)] A travelling bakers' oven is charged by a reciprocating carriage 21operated automatically from the oven conveyer 13 and caused to move forwardly against the action of counterweights by the engagement of catches 30 on endless driving chains 22 with bolts 31 on the carriage, the arrangement being such that, when the carriage reaches charging position, the bolts are automatically disengaged and the carriage is returned by the counterweights to initial position. Release of the bolts 31 is effected by a spring-pressed rod 32 which, by engagement with an abutment on the door 15 is moved rearwardly to release a pawl 33 from a ratchet wheel 34 mounted on a hollow shaft 35, the latter being fitted internally with a spring control which causes it to rotate and lift, through a cam device, the bolt 31 clear of the catch 30. This mechanism is reset, during the return travel of the carriage, by the engagement of curved levers 37 mounted on the shaft 35 with fixed tappets 38. Levers 39 are provided by which the bolts may be released, if necessary, by hand. The carriage 21 comprises a table 10 on which rests a cloth 11 having end rods 54, 55 to which are secured cords 56, 57 wound over drums 58 mounted on a hollow shaft 20 encircling the shaft 35. When the carriage reaches charging position the rod 54 is engaged by hook members 62 which keep it stationary during the first part of the return movement so that the cloth 11 passes, as shown in Fig. 5, below the table 10 and feeds the loaves 12, previously placed thereon, to the oven conveyer 13. At the end of the travel of the cloth the rod 54 moves out of engagement with the hooks 62 and the cloth is returned by rotation of the shaft 20 effected by engagement of pulleys mounted thereon with fixed guide rails. Free-wheel devices are incorporated in the mounting of these pulleys so that no rotation of the shaft 20 takes place during the forward travel of the carriage 21. The actuating-shaft 27 for the chains 22 is driven by an electric motor which is switched in, at the appropriate intervals, by peaks on a cam wheel secured to the shaft 65 of the oven conveyer 13, and out, to enable the carriage to return and be reloaded, by a second switch operated by the catches 30 after the bolts 31 have been disengaged therefrom. The oven is provided with a sealed charging chamber having alternately operated doors 15, 16 which are interconnected by link mechanism 46 ... 50 so that when the door 15 is raised, by the engagement of stops 41 on the charging carriage with rollers 42, the door 16 is lowered. Specification 423,102 is referred to.
