The method comprises dissolving the photoluminescent material in water to create a solution. The temperature of the solution is then controlled at a predetermined temperature. The surface is contacted by the solution at the predetermined temperature for a predetermined time, thereby infusing the surface with the photoluminescent material. Following the predetermined time, the solution is removed from the surface by rinsing the surface with water. | ||
