摘要 A control system includes: a first pressure sensor disposed in a pilot oil passage between an operating device and a control valve and detecting pressure of pilot oil; a second pressure sensor disposed in the pilot oil passage between the control valve and a direction control valve and detecting the pressure of the pilot oil; a control valve controller controlling the control valve; a data acquisition unit acquiring data on a detection value of the first pressure sensor and a detection value of the second pressure sensor in a state where the pilot oil passage is opened by the control valve; and a correction unit correcting the detection value of the first pressure sensor or the second pressure sensor based on the data acquired by the data acquisition unit so that the detection value of the first pressure sensor is identical to the detection value of the second pressure sensor.

A construction machine control system for a construction machine that includes a work machine including at least one of a boom and an arm, the system comprising: a hydraulic cylinder that drives the work machine; a direction control valve that has a movable spool and that supplies operating oil to the hydraulic cylinder with movement of the spool to operate the hydraulic cylinder; a pilot oil passage through which pilot oil for moving the spool flows; an operating device including a pressure adjustment valve that is connected to the pilot oil passage and capable of adjusting pressure of the pilot oil according to an amount of operation; a control valve that is disposed in the pilot oil passage and capable of adjusting the pressure of the pilot oil; a first pressure sensor that is disposed in the pilot oil passage between the operating device and the control valve and detects the pressure of the pilot oil; a second pressure sensor that is disposed in the pilot oil passage between the control valve and the direction control valve and detects the pressure of the pilot oil; a control valve control unit that controls the control valve; a data acquisition unit that acquires data on a detection value of the first pressure sensor and a detection value of the second pressure sensor in a state where the pilot oil passage is opened by the control valve; and a correction unit that corrects the detection value of the first pressure sensor or the second pressure sensor based on the data acquired by the data acquisition unit so that the detection value of the first pressure sensor is identical to the detection value of the second pressure sensor.
