According to one embodiment of the present application, a mobile terminal displays, on a screen, an input screen for receiving additional information to be associated with an image, and receives additional information. The mobile terminal transmits the input additional information to a camcorder, according to a transfer instruction. While neither recording nor reproduction is performed, the camcorder associates the additional information from the mobile terminal, with a last recorded image when the last recorded image is not evaluated, and with a next image to be recorded when the last recorded image has been evaluated.

1. An electronic device comprising:
an acquisition unit configured to acquire evaluation information having been associated with recorded content; an input unit configured to input additional information for content; and a control unit configured to perform control to record additional information input from the input unit to be associated with the recorded content, upon not acquiring evaluation information representing that the recorded content has been evaluated, by the acquisition unit, and record additional information input from the input unit to be associated with not the recorded content but content to be recorded, upon acquiring evaluation information representing that the recorded content has been evaluated, by the acquisition unit.
